Exchange and Returns


We only want you to keep items that you absolutely love! So if for any reason you want to exchange or return your purchase, please ensure the following: 

-          The item is unworn, unwashed, or defective and the original tag is still attached.

-          Returns must be done within 7 days of receipt of item.

-          Items on sale will not be refunded. However, we’re happy to transfer the amount into store credit in case of return.



-          Cash-on-Delivery returns will be refunded with store credit.

-          Online payments through credit or debit cards will be refunded in their original payment form within 7 working days.

-          For gift returns, you will be refunded with store credit.


How to request an exchange or return

For exchanges, please email us on customerservice@boutikko.com mentioning the item you wish to exchange and the color, size, or item you would like to exchange it with. We will send our courier to pick it up and drop off the new item.

For returns, send us an email on customerservice@boutikko.com and we will refund accordingly (refer to refund section). 

Defective items or wrong orders

In the unlikely event of an error in your order or a defective item, please email us on customerservice@boutikko.com or call us on +961 81 731370 and we will be more than happy to fix the issue.
